Delicious organic Peru Minca with tasting notes of black cherry and fig. This is one of Joe’s favorites. The unroasted green smells like fresh-cut sweet-grass. Amazing single origin that makes a killer pour-over or pairs well with milk / oat milk in a latte. Cup of Joe coffee shop runs this brew and single origin espresso in rotation. This flavor reminds Joe of moon-lit midnight hikes in the Joshua Tree National Park under starry skies, hence the name— Desert Vibes. Note: 2024 crop tasting notes will switch from black cherry & fig to almonds & clementines.
